He is not a Latvian but preacher of a church based in Riga. He preaches to primarily to Russian followers. Ledyaev was born in Almaty, Kazakhstan. We have enough other creeps such as Igors Maslakovs and his No Pride movement and Dzintars Jaundzeikars among others to brand Latvian. These Latvians deserve a bad name but not when they are not Latvians. The title should read "Leader of Church from Latvia..."
