Earlier this year, Fischer made waves with his claim that a trainer at SeaWorld in Florida died from a Killer Whale attack because SeaWorld didn't pay proper attention to Biblical scripture. Fischer is a confirmed scheduled speaker at the upcoming Family Research Council's Voter Values Summit.
